Cameron Diaz tells you her personal tips on nutrition, sleep and strength and on knowing and loving your body that totally changed her life. I've learned so many amazing tips on hunger and hydration alone that have already made a big impact on my own health. I'm usually not a book reader so when I find a great one- it's a must have!
